Steps to follow to assemble any drawer in your kitchen
Preliminary note: All the connecting parts for assembling the drawer are included in the drawer kit.
1st. Attach two plates to the front of the drawer where the side walls of the drawer will later be attached.
2º. The lower part of the side walls has a certain angle on which you can place the base of the drawer . Place it and secure it using lag screws on the bottom.
3. On the back of the side walls , attach some brackets using a click system to be able to subsequently fix the board . This will be fixed using lag screws .
4th. Once the base and the back are fixed, it is time to fit the front wall . In this case, we have put in step number one two plates that here have to fit into the wall of the drawer.
5º. The hidden hinges included in the KIT come with two plastic pieces . These must be screwed into the front lower corners of the drawer.
6º. Now it is time to fix the guides to the cabinet . In this step it is important to keep in mind that they must always be at the same height, completely aligned with the horizontal plane. Once fixed , lift the tab at the back that will act as a stop for the drawer.
7. Next, you need to join the drawer you have assembled with the guides you have fixed inside the wardrobe. To do this, extend the guides , place the drawer on top and insert it until it stops at the end of the guide and clicks into place with the plastics you have placed in the lower front corners.
8. Once the drawer is assembled , it is now time to check that it works correctly and adjust certain aspects such as height and depth . You can do this from the side walls of the drawer.
